And there is concern that there is gonna be, think, more people coming into Mercer Island that may commit some crimes, and whatnot, but, what I've found is, is a great amenity if you wanna go over and see a, see X game or, catch a ball game, baseball diamond, Mariners, cause you don't have to pay a hundred and $50, it feels like for parking when you're over there. Don't have to worry about your car getting beat up. And it's a super easy ride, with a bunch of people that are also going to the game. We did it with my twelve year old son. It's really enjoyable, highly recommend it, and With regards to impact on real estate, I think that Mercer Island's gonna benefit. I think it is just a good amenity for quick downtown commute to your, whoever you work, maybe hybrid working, or wanna go enjoy the day without a car downtown, on the waterfront or something.”

  This is one of the coolest places to go and watch Seafair and the flyover. They've got a little concert going on and it is just awesome. What a cool find for a place to hang out and watch the planes. You can walk out onto the bridges. Just a fun gathering of people. Highly recommend for anyone that ever wants to watch Seafair. From the east side, go check this spot out.
