“They've been messing with the idea of putting a permanent, really nice park here for dogs. The dog park before was a pop-up one, sometimes it was here, sometimes it wasn't. Then they kinda made a permanent one, but it was always muddy. You really didn't want to take your dog here unless you wanted to really scrub him clean for an hour afterwards, so it wasn't any good. And about six months ago, they completely redid the park, and it's beautiful for dogs.”
“The Rainier Trail is one of the best amenities to downtown Issaquah. It also has one of the Jacob Two Trees, they're one of the trolls in the area, so spoiler alert, this is where you can find one of those giant wooden, beautifully architected trolls that people try to find throughout the Seattle basin.”
“This is more of a commute secret if you're driving your kids to either Issaquah Middle School or Issaquah High School. You get on the freeway here, cut down 6th Street or 5th Street to get off the main road, then turn on one of the parallel streets, and it cuts all the waiting time from getting onto the stoplight. If you're frustrated in that traffic, this is a little workaround.”

- underused Issaquah Middle School athletic field
The Issaquah Middle School athletic field is one of the most underused assets by the public. You do need a key, which you can get from the middle school. You have to go basically lease a key, a couple of bucks, get it back, return it back in. They verify you're a good person. You live there. And this little parking lot on the side is the best place to park so you can access this park for your athletic needs.
