Recruit the agents AI is already finding.

Every other recruiting tool ranks agents on last year's MLS production. We rank them on forward-looking AI visibility — who ChatGPT, Grok, Google AI, and Claude already recommend in your market.

Every probe is timestamped and citable. Click any score and see the raw LLM response.

What brokerages actually get.

Eight tools that turn AI-visibility data into recruited agents. Every score is traceable to a probe; every probe is traceable to a timestamped LLM response.

Stack-ranked agent lists

Every licensed agent in a metro, ranked by composite AI Visibility Score across ChatGPT, Grok, Google AI, and Claude. Filter by current brokerage, score range, years licensed, or specialty. Sort by score velocity to find rising producers before the rest of the market does.

Receipts: 10-dimension score, cross-engine validation per probe.

Rising-stars view

Sorted by 30-, 60-, or 90-day visibility delta — the agents whose AI rank is accelerating fastest. These are the hungry producers still cheap to recruit. Relitix shows you last year's MLS; we show you next year's top producer.

Receipts: time-series probe data updated weekly per tier.

Watchlists with movement alerts

Track named targets across metros. Get an email or SMS the moment a watched agent's score moves by your configured threshold — the signal a producer's frustrated at their current brokerage and ready for a conversation.

Receipts: alert payload includes the probe diff that triggered it.

Probe transparency

Click any score, see the receipts: exact query, timestamp, engine, model version, and the raw LLM response. This is the trust layer. Brokers don't have to take our word for who AI is recommending — they can read the response themselves.

Receipts: 18+ months of timestamped probe history per agent.

AI-drafted personalized outreach

Generate cold outreach that references the agent's actual data: “Noticed you rank #3 in East Sac on ChatGPT but #11 on Google AI — we help our team close that gap.” You edit and send manually. No mass-send. No auto-dial.

Receipts: every draft is grounded in that agent's actual probe data.

Pipeline tracker

Move recruited agents through contacted → interested → pitched → signed. Shared across your team on Multi-Office and Enterprise tiers so you don't double-pitch the same target.

Receipts: status history per target with full timestamp audit trail.

Anti-poach defense

Mask your own roster from competitor recruiting queries. Your top producers stay invisible to other GeoGenius Recruit subscribers in your metros. Defensive subscriptions cost the same as offensive — brokerages can subscribe just to protect their bench.

Receipts: roster claimed at the brokerage level; mask state visible in your dashboard.

Public API + branded reports

Multi-Office and Enterprise tiers expose a REST API. Pipe scores into Follow Up Boss, KvCORE, or your own dashboards. Generate branded recruiting reports as PDF or share-link with your logo and color.

Receipts: rate-limited keys, audit log of every API call.

The math, with receipts.

A 100-agent brokerage hiring 12 net-new agents per year typically budgets $50K–$200K on recruiting tools, signing bonuses, and outreach. Multi-Office at $36K/year breaks even if it helps you sign 3 of those 12 from a list you couldn't have built from MLS data. Every additional signed agent past 3 is upside.

Pilots run 90 days at full price with a refund clause if you don't see at least one recruited agent through the platform. Details in the demo.

[2] LinkedIn Talent Solutions Recruiter pricing per LinkedIn's published 2025 tiers; seat-based and not real-estate-specific.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from Relitix or BoldTrail Recruit?

Relitix and BoldTrail rank agents on MLS production data — what they closed last year. That's a trailing signal every broker is already chasing. GeoGenius ranks agents on forward-looking AI visibility: who ChatGPT, Grok, Google AI, and Claude already recommend in your market. Different signal, different rank order, different recruiting list. Complementary, not a replacement.

Do I need MLS access for this to work?

No. We don't depend on MLS feeds. The platform pulls from public records, Google Business Profile, Foursquare, and live LLM probes — none of which require MLS access. This is part of why we can launch in any metro without a 3-6 month board negotiation.

What about anti-poach laws in California or my state?

We don't do mass outreach automation. Drafts are personalized, one at a time, and you send manually from your own email. No auto-dialer, no bulk SMS. We strongly recommend a 30-minute consult with your real-estate attorney before launching any outreach program, regardless of which tool you use; happy to recommend one if helpful.

What does the 90-day design-partner pilot look like?

Full product access at your tier price for 90 days. Refund clause if you don't see at least one recruited agent through the platform. In exchange we ask for product feedback and the right to publish an anonymized case study at the end. Three slots open per quarter; first three to sign get them.

How do you protect my own agents from competitor recruiting?

Anti-poach defense is a built-in toggle inside any Recruit subscription. Claim your brokerage roster and your agents are masked from competitor queries inside the platform. Defensive subscriptions cost the same as offensive — many brokerages subscribe just for the mask.

What data sources do you actually use?

Live LLM probes across ChatGPT (OpenAI), Grok (xAI), Google AI (Gemini), and Claude (Anthropic). Foursquare Places and Google Business Profile APIs. Firecrawl for deep website crawl. Public license records (state DRE / DBO). Every data point in a score is traceable to a source — click any score to see the receipts.
