Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GeoGenius, operated by Pearl Street Ventures (“GeoGenius,” “we,” “our”). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who can use GeoGenius

GeoGenius is built for licensed real estate professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and represent yourself accurately. If you create a profile for someone else (for example, on behalf of a brokerage team), you confirm that you have permission from that person.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything that happens under it. Tell us at legal@geogenius.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each person may have one claimed agent profile. If you need to merge or transfer a profile (for example, after a brokerage change), contact us and we’ll help.

Staff support access. Our staff can view and edit account data to onboard you, fix problems, and provide support — including, when needed, temporarily accessing the platform as your account to see exactly what you see. Every staff action on an account is logged in an internal audit trail, staff impersonation sessions are time-limited and recorded, and staff never see or handle your payment card details (those live with Stripe).

3. Claiming a profile

We pre-build profiles from public information for many agents, and during our beta our staff may also build or enrich a profile for you as a service — for example from a website URL you or your brokerage provides — before you first sign in. To claim a profile, you must verify your identity by entering your real estate license number and state on the claim page (or ask us to link it to your sign-in after verifying you). Submitting a license number you don’t hold is a violation of these Terms and may be reported to the issuing licensing authority.

If a profile about you exists that you didn’t create and you want it corrected or taken down instead of claimed, email legal@geogenius.ai and we’ll handle it — see our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit — profile details, knowledge pins, transaction data, photos, testimonials. By submitting content you grant GeoGenius a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format (including as JSON-LD structured data), distribute, and create derivative works from it — for example, neighborhood guide pages and sold-market pages written from your knowledge pins and transaction history — and to include it in aggregated or statistical analyses (such as market cohort benchmarks) that combine data across agents. The purposes of this license are operating and improving the platform and making agents discoverable to humans and AI engines.

If you delete an individual piece of content, we stop displaying it publicly and stop using it in newly generated pages. If your account ends, we take your public pages offline as described in Section 11, but the license survives for content and derived work we retain under the retention terms of our Privacy Policy — unless you ask us to delete your data, in which case we honor that request as the Privacy Policy describes.

You promise that:

• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the rights necessary to submit it (including testimonials from clients who agreed to be published).
• The content doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights or violate any law.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, that we reasonably believe is false or fraudulent, or that exposes us to legal risk.

5. Transactions and track record

When you upload a CSV of closed transactions, you confirm that the information is true and that the deals closed under your name (or your team’s name) at the indicated date. Your track record on your profile reflects that you self-attested to the data — it is not an audit or a verification. We may sample, dispute, or remove transactions we reasonably believe are inaccurate.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t:

• Impersonate another agent or misrepresent your license, brokerage, or production.
• Scrape or copy the platform’s data beyond normal use.
• Use GeoGenius to harass, defame, or deceive any person.
• Upload malware, scripts, or content designed to disrupt the service.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to interfere with our infrastructure or rate limits.
• Use the platform in violation of any applicable law, real estate regulation, or licensing rule.

7. Third-party integrations

Google Maps listing details and reviews are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Review excerpts are selected by Google and may not include every review. When you connect Google Business Profile, Foursquare, or any other third-party service, you are also bound by that service’s terms. We will only read and write data within the scopes you authorize, and you can revoke our access at any time from that provider’s settings.

8. Pricing and payment

Starter is free. Visibility costs $49 per month until canceled. The Visibility Bundle costs $117 upfront for three calendar months, then renews at $39 per month until canceled. The $149 Branding Tune-Up session is included at no extra charge. Turn off renewal in Account any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. Monthly renewals begin after the prepaid three-month period, adjusted for shorter months. Keep $39 per month while your subscription stays current, until you cancel. Normal payment recovery on the same subscription keeps this rate. If you cancel and later rejoin, the offers available then apply.

The standalone Branding Tune-Up session costs $149 once and does not start a subscription. It includes preparation, one 45-minute website and Google Business Profile working session, feasible updates together, and a written action plan. Bring the access needed to make changes. Verification or suspension resolution, custom development, and ongoing management are excluded. Book in Account through Cal.com; use the calendar invitation to reschedule. Contact support@geogenius.ai about cancellations or refunds before the session. Canceling a calendar booking does not cancel a subscription.

The prepaid Visibility Bundle includes permanent Branding Tune-Up workspace access after successful payment. A standalone Branding Tune-Up session purchase includes permanent module access immediately. Permanent access continues on Starter without a paid Visibility subscription. Refunded or disputed qualifying payments do not count toward this entitlement. The module compares the connected Google Business Profile with your saved website scan; Google connection and API availability are required for Google data.

Within 30 days after completing a paid standalone session, customers without an active subscription may apply a $39 credit once toward the three-month Visibility Bundle. This bills $78 upfront for three months after the credit, then $39 per month until canceled. The completed session is your setup; no second session is included. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another promotion.

Stripe displays the terms before you confirm payment. Payments do not guarantee rankings, leads, or AI recommendations. Existing monthly, four-week and six-month subscriptions retain their purchased price and billing interval. Earlier bundles with a three-calendar-month commitment retain that commitment and their original monthly anniversary, adjusted for shorter months. The legacy guarantee below applies only to eligible six-month purchases.

8.1 Score Guarantee

Do the fixes in your Site Fix Pack. Re-scan. If you haven’t gained the on-site points we identified, we refund the whole thing.

All of the following must be true for a refund under this guarantee:

• You bought the six-month Visibility term.
• You applied the fixes listed in your Site Fix Pack.
• You ran a new scan after applying them.
• The on-site points identified in your Site Fix Pack did not materialise.
• You claim within 60 days of purchase.

What this guarantee does not cover:

• It covers the on-site points in your Site Fix Pack — not your total AI Visibility Score, which also depends on your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and what each AI engine chooses to say.
• It does not promise leads, traffic, search rankings, or citations.
• It applies to the six-month term. The month-to-month plan does not carry it.

To claim, email legal@geogenius.ai within 60 days of purchase with the domain you scanned. We will check your most recent scan against the Site Fix Pack we issued you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

8.2 Fair use

Knowledge pins and transactions are unlimited on every plan, including Starter. To keep the service affordable for everyone, each profile is subject to a fair-use ceiling of 1,000 knowledge pins and 2,000 transactions. Each pin is scored by an AI model and each transaction is geocoded, so the ceiling exists to prevent automated abuse, not to sell a bigger plan. If your business genuinely needs more, email legal@geogenius.ai and we will raise it.

9. AI engine results and accuracy

We query third-party AI engines (ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Google AI) on your behalf and surface their responses. Those responses are produced by external systems we do not control. We cannot guarantee what an AI engine will say about you on any given day, that a particular ranking or recommendation will persist, or that your visibility score will increase. We provide best-effort optimization and transparent reporting; we do not promise specific business outcomes (leads, listings, sales).

10. Service availability and changes

We aim for high availability but we don’t guarantee uptime. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. For material changes that reduce functionality we’ll give reasonable notice.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing legal@geogenius.ai. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that pose a security risk, or that are inactive for an extended period. When an account ends, we take your public profile and pages offline within 7 days and delete your sign-in credentials, billing records, and mailing-list enrollment. Content you contributed (profile facts, knowledge pins, transaction history, generated pages, and reports) may be retained internally as described in our Privacy Policy — it is no longer publicly visible, and you can request full deletion of your personal data at any time, which we honor as the Privacy Policy describes.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI engines will reach any particular conclusion about you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoGenius (and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) $100.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold GeoGenius harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to that venue. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, notify active users by email or in-app banner. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
